 How soon can an Au Pair arrive?  COOLAGENT works as fast as possible. As we do not use intermediaries and have our own offices in the UK as well as in the Czech republic and Slovakia, the communication is fast and efficient. Your chosen candidate can be arriving within 7 days or even earlier,of your first contact with us. Can we get an Au Pair any time of the year? Yes. COOLAGENT places Au Pairs in the UK year round. As we have our own offices in the Czech republic and Slovakia, we have many good applicants available any time of the year. Most Au Pairs arrive in September and January. Do we have to pay more if we have more children? No, if it does not require more working hours. Please see the section Types of Programmes to check which type of the programme would suit your family needs the best. Is it possible to have a male Au Pair? Yes it is. We have successfully placed many male Au Pairs with UK families. With a male Au Pair, it is mostly like having an older brother for your children. What happens if our Au Pair does not work out for us? In the event that an Au Pair is not the right one for your family, our London office representative will work with you to find a replacement Au Pair as quickly as possible.
